Power to remove difficulties. ___________ THE MANAV BHARTI UNIVERSITY (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2009 (ACT NO. 22 OF 2009)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 22nd September, 2009, and was published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 25th September, 2009, pp. 4119-4156). An Act to provide for establishment, incorporation and regulation of Manav Bharti University in the State for higher education and to regulate its functioning and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Amended, repealed or otherwise affect by,- (i) H.P. Act No. 18 of 20112, assented to by the Governor on the 31st January, 2011, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on 5th February, 2011, pp. 8772-
