Authorities of the University.- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (i) the Governing Body; (ii) the Board of Management; THE MAHARAJA AGRASEN UNIVERSITY (ESTABLISHMENT AND 13 REGULATION) ACT, 2012 (iii) the Academic Council; and (iv) such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
