Power to control the holding of markets, fairs etc.- The Government, for the purpose of preventing the outbreak or spread of any scheduled disease, may, by notification, prohibit or regulate, in such manner, and to such extent, as it may think fit, the holding of markets, fairs, exhibitions or other concentrations of livestock or birds in any specific area.
