Proclamation after postponement or on resale .- A sale made after a postponement under section 89, and a resale consequent on a purchaser’s default under section 94 or on the setting aside of a sale under section 97, shall be made after the issue of a fresh proclamation in the manner hereinbefore prescribed for the sale.
