Application for reconsideration of assessment.- (1) The land- owner, may, within thirty-days from the date of the announcement of the assessment, present a petition to the Revenue Officer for reconsideration of the amount, form or conditions of the assessment. 1[(2)XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX] (3) The order passed by the Revenue Officer on the petition shall set forth his reasons for granting or refusing it.
