Power to remove difficulties. _________ THE HIMACHAL PRADESH LAND REVENUE(AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION) ACT, 1976 (ACT NO. 21 OF 1976) 1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 30th April 1976, and was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated the 18th May, 1976, pp. 1221-1228.) An Act to amend the Himachal Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) as in force in the territory comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1st November, 1966 and to extend the said Act so amended to the territories added to Himachal Pradesh under section 5 of the Punjab Re-organisation Act, 1966 (Act No. 31 of 1966). BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Twenty-seventy Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
