Meaning of the expression “Collector” in sections 108 to 110.- For the purpose of sections 108,109 and 110, respectively, the expression “Collector” shall be deemed to include any Revenue Officer appointed by the State Government to perform all or any of the functions of a Collector under any of the provisions thereof. 1[114. Cost of erection and repair of survey-marks.- (1) Subject to any rules which the Financial Commissioner may make in this behalf, survey- marks shall be erected or repaired at the cost of the State Government.. (2) During the marking or special revision of record-of-rights, the Settlement Officer shall get the survey-mark erected, and thereafter it shall be the duty of the Collector of the District to maintain the survey-mark in good condition.] 2[115.
