Appeals.- Any person aggrieved by an order under section 20, section 23, section 24 or sub-section (2) of section 26 of the committee or the Deputy Commissioner as the case may be, may, within the prescribed time and in the prescribed manner, appeal to the State Government, and the decision of the State Government on such appeal, and where no appeal is preferred the order aforesaid, shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
