Recovery of contributions.- The amount of contribution determined by the committee under sub-section (4) of section 10 or section 11 shall be paid by the persons concerned within such time as may be specified by the committee and in default of such payment, shall be recovered from those persons as arrears of land revenue and paid to the persons entitled to the contribution.
