Amended, repealed or otherwise affected by,- (i) H.P. Act No. 23 of 20063, assented to by the Governor on 11th October, 2006, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated 13th October, 2006, pp. 5271-5275. (ii) H.P Act No. 16 of 20074 assented to by the Governor on 21st September, 2007, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 26th September, 2007, pp. 5913-5915.
