Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- 4[(a) “Allowances” means the allowances admissible to the Judicial Officers in Himachal Pradesh on 31st July, 2006 5[or such other allowances 6[XXXXXXXXXXXXX] as may be notified from time to time by the State Government];] (aa) "Judicial Officers" means the persons appointed by the State Government to the Himachal Pradesh Higher Judicial Service and the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service in the State; (b) "notification" means a notification published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh; (c) "prescribed" means prescribed by the rules made under this Act;
