Removal of difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the Government may, by order published in the THE JAYPEE UNIVERSITY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2002 11 Official Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
