The Executive Council.- (1) The Executive Council shall be the executive body of the University and its powers and functions, the constitution and the terms of the office of its members, other than ex-officio members, shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (2) The Executive Council shall be responsible for the general management and administration of the University.
