Members, officers and servants to be public servants.- All members, officers and servants of the Board shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made THE HIMACHAL PRADESH INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOMENT ACT, 2001 13 thereunder, be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
