Authorities of the University. - The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (i) the Governing Body; (ii) the Board of Management; (iii) the Academic Council; and 14 THE INDUS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2009 (iv) such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
