Power to remove difficulties. _________ THE IEC (INDIA EDUCATION CENTRE) UNIVERSITY ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION ACT, 2012 (ACT NO. 11 OF 2012)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 3rd May, 2012 and was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh both in Hindi and English on the 8th May, 2012, pp. 964-1002). An Act to provide for establishment, incorporation and regulation of the IEC (India Education Centre) University, Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh for higher education and to regulate its functioning and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Amended, Repealed or otherwise effected by:- (i) H.P. Act No. 19 of 20132 assented to by the Governor on the 5th January, 2013, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 14th January, 2013, pp. 5896-5898, effective from 14th May, 2012. (ii) H.P. Act No. 35 of 20133 assented to by the Governor on the 24th May, 2013, published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh dated 5th June, 2013, pp. 1459- 1460, effective from 14th May, 2012. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
