Vacancy of a non-official member.- If a non-official member,- (a) becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 6 of this Act; or (b) tenders his resignation in writing to the State Government and the same is accepted; or (c) is absent without the permission of the Chairman from three consecutive meetings of the Authority, he shall cease to be a non-official member, from such date as the State Government may declare.
