Term of office of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and the non-official members.- (1) The Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and the non- official members of the Authority shall hold office during the pleasure of the State Government. (2)The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman shall perform such duties and exercise such powers as may be prescribed.
