Notice of suit against the Authority.- No person shall institute any suit against the Authority or against any officer or servant of the Authority for anything done or purported to have been done in pursuance of this Act, without giving to the Authority, officer or servant, two month’s previous notice in writing of the intended suit and of the cause thereof.
