Maintenance charges of amenities.- Where the Authority is providing or maintaining any amenities, utility, service or facility, the Authority shall charge from the allottee maintenance charges, in the manner prescribed. 41.Reference to Arbitrator in case of dispute.- If any dispute arises out of any agreement entered into between the Authority and the Promoter or between the Promoter and the allottee, the same shall be referred for arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996(26 of 1996).
