Provident fund.- (1)The Authority shall established Contributory Provident Fund for the officers and officials of the Authority and such Provident Fund shall be deemed to be the Authority’s Provident Fund for the purpose of the Provident Fund Act, 1925 (19 of 1925) and shall be administered by the officers of the Authority. (2) The Authority shall, in respect of each of its employees, who is a subscriber to the said fund, pay to the said fund such portion of the contribution, in such manner, as the State Government may, from time to time, prescribe.
