Meeting of the Authority.- (1)The Authority shall meet at such time and place as it deems fit, subject to the following:- (a) an ordinary meeting shall be held once in every three months; (b) the Chairman may, whenever he thinks fit, call special meeting either himself or on the directions of the State Government; (c) every meeting shall be presided over by the Chairman and in his absence by the Vice-Chairman and in the absence of both, by acting Chairman; (d) all questions at any meeting shall be decided by a majority of the members present and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall be entitled to exercise a casting vote; and (e) the minutes of the proceedings of every meeting shall be recorded in a book to be provided for the purpose under the signature of the Chairman of the meeting and the Chief Executive Officer. (2) The quorum for a meeting of the Authority shall be two-third of the total members of the Authority.
