Effective from 8th October, 2013. An Act to provide for the constitution of Home Guards for use in emergency and for other purposes connected therewith in Himachal Pradesh. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
