Recovery of immovable property unlawfully alienated.- (1) Whenever it comes to the notice of the Commissioner that any immovable property belonging to any Hindu Public Religious Institution and Charitable Endowment has been alienated in contravention of section 12, he shall refer the matter to the Financial Commissioner. (2) Upon receipt of a reference made under sub-section (1), the Financial Commissioner, shall hold a summary enquiry in the prescribed manner and on being satisfied that any such property has been so alienated,
