Establishment, incorporation and duties of Bhoodan Yagna Board.-- (1) There shall be established a Board by the name of the Himachal Pradesh Bhoodan Yagna Board. (2) The Board shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire and dispose of property both movable and immovable and shall by the said name, sue and be sued. (3) It shall be the duty of the Board to administer all lands vested in it for the benefit of the Bhoodan Yagna in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
