Tehsil committees.-- The Board may, for any Tehsil where it considers necessary so to do, constitute Tehsil committees consisting of not less than three and not more than seven members to be appointed by the Board. (2) The Tehsil committee may delegate any of its powers and functions under this Act to any member or to a sub-committee of three or more of its members. CHAPTER-III
