Management may be vested in the Zilla 1[Parishad].- The State Government may direct that any public ferry wholly or partly within the area subject to the authority of a Zilla 2[Parishad] may be managed by the Zilla 3[Parishad] and thereupon that ferry shall be managed accordingly.
