Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie in any court against the State Government or any officer of the State Government or any other person exercising any power or discharging any functions or performing any duties under this Act, for anything done or ordered to be done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or any rules or order made thereunder.
