- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Eternal University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2008

- S. 7The University shall have no power to affiliate or otherwise admit to its privileges any other institution

- S. 31(1) Admission in the University shall be made strictly on the basis of merit

- S. 43(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act

- S. 46(1) The Eternal University(Establishment and Regulation) Ordinance, 2008 is hereby repealed
