Power to disconnect supply for non-payment of duty.- Where the consumer fails to pay the electricity duty due from him in respect of the electricity supplied, the Board or the distribution licensee supplying electricity, as the case may be, may, after giving not less than fifteen days notice in writing, cut off the electricity supply to such person, until the entire electricity duty is paid.
