Power to make rules.- (1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) All rules made by the State Government under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as possible after they are made, be laid on the Table of the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh.
