Amendment of section 74 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920.- In section 74 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (5 of 1920) for the words "five hundred rupees" the words "two thousand rupees" shall be substituted. CHAPTER III SUITS AND DECREES
