THE HIMACHAL PRADESH COURT FEES ACT, 1968 20 immediately before the commencement of this Act in the High Court by virtue, and in the exercise, of its ordinary original civil jurisdiction as if this Act had been in force on the respective dates on which any such proceedings were instituted.
