Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Corneal Grafting Act, 1964. (2) It extends to 1[the areas comprised in Himachal Pradesh immediately before 1st November, 1966.] (3) It shall come into force on such date2 and in such area or areas as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
