Repeal of the Punjab Contingency Fund Act, 1950 and the Himachal Pradesh Contingency Fund (Determination of Amount) Act, 1964. _____________ THE HIMACHAL PRADESH CONTINGENCY FUND ACT, 1971 (ACT NO. 9 OF 1971)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 3rd May, 1971, and was published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated the 27th May, 1971, pp. 421-424). An Act to provide for the establishment and maintenance of a contingency Fund in the State of Himachal Pradesh. Amended, repealed or otherwise affected by:- (1) H.P. Act No. 19 of 19872 assented to by the Governor on 16th September, 1987, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated 18th September, 1987, pp. 1780-1781. (2) H.P. Act No. 2 of 19993 assented to by the Governor on 16th January, 1999, published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra-ordinary), dated 18th January, 1999, pp. 235-238. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Twenty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
