4[Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]s.- The provisions of Chapters VI, VII and VIII shall apply mutatis mutandis to all the 5[Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]s as they apply to the State Bank with the modification that reference thereto the State Bank and Board shall be construed as reference to the 6[Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]s and committee respectively.
