Medical facilities.- (1) There shall be provided and maintained by the employer so as to be readily accessible such medical facilities for the porters at such operating centres and halting stations as may be prescribed by the competent authority. (2) There shall be provided or maintained by the employer, so as to be readily accessible during all working hours, a first -aid box equipped with the prescribed contents with the climbing expedition.
