THE HIMACHAL PRADESHCINEMAS (REGULATION) ACT, 1979 2 of moving pictures or series of pictures; (b) "Government" means the Government of Himachal Pradesh; (c) "notification" means notification published under proper authority in the Official Gazette; (d) "Official Gazette" means the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh; (e) "place" includes a house, building, tent and any description of transport, whether by sea, land or air; (f) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
