Power to remove difficulties. _________ THE CAREER POINT UNIVERSITY (ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION) Act, 2012 (ACT NO. 12 OF 2012)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 3rd May, 2012 and was published both in Hindi and English in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh on the 8th May, 2012, pp. 913-947). An Act to provide for establishment, incorporation and regulation of the Career Point University, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh for higher education and to regulate its functioning and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Amended, repealed or otherwise affected by,- (i) H.P. Act No. 14 of 20132assented to by the Governor on the 15th January, 2013, published both in Hindi and English, dated the 5th January, 2013 in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh, pp. 5964-5966, effective from 14th May, 2012.
