Officers and employees of the Authority to be public servants.- All officers and employees of the Authority shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
