Meetings of the Authority.- (1) The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the Member-Secretary may determine in consultation with the Chairperson and shall observe such procedure with regard to the transaction of its business at such meetings, as may be prescribed. (2) The quorum necessary for the transaction of business at a meeting shall be four members.
