Registration of semen banks.- (1) On and from the date of commencement of this Act, no person shall establish and operate a semen bank without obtaining a certificate of registration from the Authority. (2) The certificate of registration referred to in sub-section (l) shall be issued in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
