Vacancies not to invalidate the proceedings of any authority or body of the University.—No act or proceeding of any authority or body of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy or defect in the constitution thereof. 1 Sub-section(6) ins. vide Act No. 15 of 2012.
