Prohibition to practise.- No person other than a registered practitioner, shall, from such date1 as may be specified by the 2[Government of Himachal Pradesh] by notification in the Official Gazette, practise or hold himself out, whether directly or by implication, as practising or as being prepared to practise Ayurvedic system or Unani system.
