The Governing Body.—(1) The Governing Body of the University shall consist of the following, namely:— (a) the Chancellor; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; (c) 1[three] persons, nominated by the sponsoring body out of whom two shall be eminent educationists; (d) one expert of management or information technology from outside the University, nominated by the Chancellor; (e) two persons, nominated by the Government; and
