Repeal of Ordinance No. 1 of 2012 and savings. ________ THE APG (ALAKH PRAKASH GOYAL) SHIMLA UNIVERSITY 3 ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION ACT, 2012 THE APG (ALAKH PRAKASH GOYAL) SHIMLA UNIVERSITY ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION ACT, 2012 (Act No. 20 of 2013)1 (Received the assent of the Governor on the 5th January, 2013 and was published both in Hindi and English in R.H.P. dated 15.1.2013, P. 5915- 5953.) An Act to provide for establishment, incorporation and regulation of the APG (Alakh Prakash Goyal) Shimla University, Himachal Pradesh for higher education and to regulate its functioning and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Amended, repealed or otherwise affect by,- (i) H.P. Act No. 37 of 20132 assent to by the Governor on the 24th May, 2013, published both in Hindi and English in R.H.P. dated 5th June, 2013 at pages 1462-1463. Effective w.e.f. 19.06.2012. (ii) H.P. Act No. 9 of 20253 assent to by the Governor on the 27th January, 2025, published both in Hindi and English in R.H.P. dated 1st February, 2025 at pages 12697-12699. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
