Instrument of declaration etc. compulsorily registerable.- (1) All instruments relating to the declaration or any amendment thereto referred to in section 12 of the withdrawal of a property from the provisions of this Act H.P. APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT, 1978 8 referred to in section 14 or the instrument referred to in sub-section (3) of section 5 shall be deemed to be instruments compulsorily registerable within the meaning of clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908). (2) The withdrawal provided in section 14 shall in no way bar the subsequent re-submission of the property to the provisions of this Act.
