Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Corporation or any director including the managing director, or any officer or employee or any other person authorised by the corporation to discharge any functions under this Act for any loss or damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
