Code of conduct. The employees of College shall be governed by such Code of conduct as may be prescribed: Provided that in the case of teachers the Code of Conduct under this section shall be prescribed- (i) where any guidelines have to be issued by the University Grants Commission in conformity with such guidelines; and (ii) where no such guidelines have been issued, in consultation with the University Grants Commission.
