Rules.- (1) The State Government may, from time to time, make rules2 for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may be made for all or any of the following purposes: - (a) the form or manner of giving notice under section 5; (b) the manner of making an inquiry under section 5;
